AL‑Imam support

For help with AL‑Imam (com.viperdam.adhanlock), account access, pairing, privacy, accessibility, or deletion, email viperotterdam@gmail.com.

Safe information to include

• App version, Android version, and device model.
• Whether the device is used as an Imam or Prayer Device.
• A short description of the screen and the non-identifying error category shown in the app.

Do not include

• Your password, Imam PIN, Firebase UID, or identity document.
• A pairing QR code, invitation code, or advertising response ID.
• Camera photos/video, body landmarks, prayer history, or precise coordinates.

Cloud account deletion has a dedicated public request path. Local-only records must be cleared separately on every affected device through local reset where available, Android Clear storage, or uninstall.
